PANDORA allows a handful of websites to retail their products on-line and www.Denmark-Beads.com has been approved by PANDORA to sell on-line. We have been retailing PANDORA in our store, Carats, located in Stockton, CA and on-line since 2005. Our PANDORA concept store at Westfield San Francisco Centre opened in May 2010. Both locations are listed in the store locator section on the official PANDORA website (PANDORA.net) as authorized dealers.

Due to the popularity of PANDORA, there has been a growing number of rogue websites advertising their fraudulent jewelry as authentic PANDORA. It is common for them to copy PANDORA images and to place it on their websites to trick customers into thinking they are purchasing genuine PANDORA at reduced prices. Many of these fraudulent companies are based outside of the United States and will not list a physical address or telephone for contacting them. PANDORA is vigilant about these imposters and has hired law firms dedicated in tracking down and shutting down these websites.

Fraudulent PANDORA Jewelry is also rampant on online auctions. Authorized PANDORA dealers are not permitted to sell PANDORA Jewelry on auction sites as stated in their dealer contract.

What Are Your Payment Options?
We accept all major US credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. We retain the right to cancel orders for any reason, including orders that appear fraudulent or suspect. We will report fraudulent transactions to the proper authorities. Your credit card receipt will show your purchase charged to "Italiancharms", our parent company.


Do You Use A Secure Server To Protect My Confidential Information Such As My Credit Card Number?
When you place your order with us, you will be using our secure server. Our secure server software encrypts all of the personal information you submit to us. This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

In the rare event that product availability changes before we have an opportunity to update our website, there is a possibility that some products may be unavailable. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but if we cannot, we will promptly contact you via email or by phone to offer you an alternative product.

While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. How Quickly Can You Ship Out My Order?
Most orders are shipped on the same business day Monday through Friday providing it is received by 11:45 AM PST.

PANDORA orders are shipped FREE via Priority mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Our FREE SHIPPING area includes the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. A $1.49 insurance fee will be added to all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for the arrival of your package via Priority mail. Delivery can take longer due to inclement weather or during the busy holiday season.

On occasion, we may be required to ship your order via UPS. This is done for insurance and tracking purposes. Should we elect to ship UPS ground, there will be no additional cost to you.

If you prefer expedited shipping, we offer UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge. Please see below for UPS Expedited shipping.

U.S Postal Service - Priority Mail
Shipping is through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally takes two to five business days for delivery. Please note that delivery can take longer due to inclement weather or during the busy holiday season.

UPS Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day Delivery
UPS 3 Day, Second Day and Overnight shipping are available for an additional charge for delivery Monday through Friday.

 

*The shipping prices given are an estimate based on the UPS default weight of 1 pound to your zipcode. Your actual shipping cost may vary. The actual shipping charge will be shown at checkout.


Orders must be placed before 11:45 AM PST to be processed on the same business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:45 AM PST on Friday and weekends will be processed on Monday or the next business day in event of a holiday.

If you select UPS for your order and it is received prior to 11:45 AM PST, your ordered will be shipped the same business day. We are sorry but Saturday delivery is unavailable for UPS deliveries. If you request UPS 2nd Day delivery and your order is shipped on Thursday, you will receive it on Monday. A UPS overnight delivery shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. A UPS 3 Day order shipped on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday). If there is a holiday, your order will be delivered on the next UPS business day.

UPS does not count the day your order was picked up. Second and third day delivery begins with the day AFTER your order was picked up.

UPS will deliver packages up to 8:00 PM in residential areas. We are not responsible for inclement weather situations that may occur if your delivery is late. There will be a surcharge if the address you entered is incorrect causing your UPS package to be redirected. On our checkout page, please select UPS expedited shipping if desired.


International Shipping & Customs
As an authorized PANDORA retailer, we are only allowed to ship within the United States, to Central America and to the Caribbean. We do not ship to Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Canada, South America, Mexico or Asia.

Orders that are shipped to Central America and the Caribbean will be shipped via U.S. Global Priority Mail. Shipping charge to Central America and the Caribbean by Global Priority mail is $20.00. Free shipping does not apply to international orders sent outside the United States. A $1.49 insurance fee will be added to all orders. Once your order has left the United State, we cannot effectively track it any longer. We are not responsible for any delays due to Customs. Should your package not arrive in time, we reserve the right to wait 6 weeks from the ship date before refunding your money.

Visiting the U.S.? If you will be on holiday and visiting the United States, we will be happy to ship a PANDORA order to your hotel in the US during your stay. This can be arranged with advanced notice. Please email us for details.

Denmark-Beads is not responsible for import fees or taxes levied by your country of entry. It is the customer's responsiblity for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges required by the country of entry. Denmark-Beads.com. is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Denmark-Beads. When the returned merchandise is received by us, your credit account will be credited for the merchandise only. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, please check with your customs office prior to placing your order.


What Is Your Return Policy?


EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Denmark-Beads.com in its original condition within 15 days. Contact us for a return authorization number. Please provide us with your order number and the style number(s) of the new item(s) you would like for an exchange.

Your exchange should be sent in a padded envelope or box and received by us within 15 days from when your exchange authorization number was issued. We are not responsible for items that are not insured by the sender or for item(s) that Denmark-Beads has not received. It is the sender's responsibility to insure exchanges and/or returns. Expedited shipping charges, insurance and return postage are not refundable. Please allow five to seven days business days for exchanges. Denmark-Beads will exchange an item once without additional insurance or shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge insurance and or shipping charges for the second exchange from the same order. Final sale items can not be exchanged or returned. Exchanges for purchases made on Denmark-Beads should be handled through our website office. Items cannot be exchanged at our stores in San Francisco or Stockton, CA.

RETURN POLICY

You may return unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Denmark-Beads.com in its original condition for a refund within 15 days. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
